Teacher Workshops provide teacher training and resource materials for teachers from all subject areas and grade levels. Austin ISD and Round Rock ISD Teachers who attend an AMOA-Arthouse Teacher Workshop are eligible for free bus transportation and reimbursement to the school for a half-day substitute. AMOA-Arthouse’s tour program and teacher resources are aligned with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKs) for visual arts.

Explore the relationship between art and science! Join us for a conversation with artist Jessica Halonen, who investigates genetic modifications in her artwork, and tour other works on view. We will finish with a fun, art-making project and some edible treats.
