In honor of the competitive Texas Prize exhibition, come see the art by the three finalists and celebrate their accomplishments. Then join us on the roof for food and cocktails by three hot Austin chefs and mixologists who will create cool pairings from the cuisine of hot places. Try them all and vote for your favorite. Curated by Edible Austin and Tipsy Texan.
Mixologist / Chef Teams:
David Alan paired with Chef Aaron Franklin

Bill Norris paired with Chef John Bullington

Joyce Garrison paired with Chef Ben Hightower

Each team will come up with a dish from a “hot spot” that will pair with a specific cocktail. The tastings will feature local and seasonal ingredients where possible, of course!
